  1. Hello, I feel that statement was pushy and may close more doors than open them. Even if they are motivated, they may not want to work with you with that approach. Would you? I would approach by saying something along the lines, "Hello Mr Seller, I'm calling because I noticed you still have not sold your home. I believe I gave you a fair offer. You originally called me, so you know I need to make a profit. As you know houses are not selling as fast as they used to using traditional methods. Even houses sold by Realtors don't sell as fast, why...Because they are selling to "A" Credit buyers. These buyers are very limited now and the buyers that are out there won't pay full price for a home. If we can agree on price and terms, I can get your house sold and you can move on.
