bj2964 0 Report post Posted March 24, 2004 Hi everyone, I have a problem here. I started researching this real estate thing six years ago and I have yet to actually do my first deal. My problem was first learning how to find deals and now that I have accomplished that goal, the laws changed and now I can't find the funding I need to move on any of the deals I find. What I am in need of is someone who knows of a lender, hard money or private lending that can lend against the equity in the home and not base it on my credit. I have found several deals in the GA area and am in need of funding to start. P.S. I am willing to contract a 50-50 split of my profits for the first five deals with the person responsible for helping me to get started.
