Falling Short 20 properties a month, please help...

Hello,

 

I'm working with a HUGE list of serious investors and I need to feed these sharks. If you have owner financed deals, or 60-65% minus repairs for cash deals, we need to talk ASAP and help each other out.

I have some properties that need rehabbed in ohio, penn. Mine are cash deals example--- duplex 3 story in Cincinnati, value as is $80,000 selling $38,500--- 4bd 2ba in Cleveland, doesnt need much work just paint valued $78,000 selling for $30,000 If these are the kind of deals looking for contact Debbie debestinvest@aol.com

I can't do a deal like the ones posted I am not that rich but I have a house in Louisville Kentucky with a tenent in it That has been bank appraised for 72,000 a year ago and the city appraised it for tax reasons

this year at 64,500 I would like someone to buy it. Doesn't need any major work done on it we re did everything 4 years ago. It is a pretty big house 1650 square feet with a garage Which is rare in are area.

We are wanting to get 57,000 out of it

But we can't do a trust thing because of my husband and mine health. But we are willing to work with someone on a deal If it is a fare deal. Houses are going up fast in our iner city neighborhood. City is targeting our neighborhood for owner options and first time homeower financing They are giving people good deals for no money down and such.

We would like to get an invester to buy it so the lady can stay. She is paying 525.00 a month

I have many rental homes with tenants in place - looking for cash buyers - 20K-50K per house. Tenants in place - property management available. HANDS OFF INVESTING perfect for out-of-state investors.
