-95% stated income programs, minimuim fico 600, 0 x30 mortgage or rental history, no Bk 36 mos.

 

-No reserve requirement on loan amounts up to $500,00, no mortgage insurance, taxes and insurance escrows no required.

 

- Mobile Homes- purchase or refinance: singlewides, doublewides, and triplewides, home-only or land/home combinations, no foundation requirements, up to 95% ltv before fees, finance closing costs, 1976 or newer, 24-48 hr turn around of completed application.

 

-100% LTV, no income, no asset, no employment, 680 min. score, 1st & 2nd, owner occupied, purchase only.

 

-Rehab Loans- Loan in excess of 100% of purchase price ( based on max LTV of 70% of appraised value), no seasoning, no pre-payment penalty, no limit on amount of properties owned
