  1. I don't see how this would affect a CA, maybe a SLO. Phil I'm not saying it would affect either but that it does exist in some areas. I think it only applies to the property OWNER anyways so the guy holding the option would not be affected.
  2. This is something new in a few select cities, I imagine if you haven't heard about it in your area it hasn't made it out your way. I have heard of a few towns doing this and as far as I know for them its strictly another revenue vehicle on top of regular property taxes.
  3. WTF? How is that happening? Jeez....
  4. I agree with Michael. You probably would have taken $5k anyways, if you get $6k then good for you.
  5. Does "SlapMe" treat anything else? I know some folks that might need it for other things.
  6. Would you accept "sweat equity" should a feller be a lil' short on your option consideration requirements? If you're a little "short" I doubt she wants your "sweat equity." I think she likes them to be decent sized. Then after you buy them you can't move them for $2k.
  7. Sounds like she needs to post up pics!
  8. Weird, nothing came up when I tried AGOCCPMHNTA.com. Wonder if they have 'puters yet.
  9. PS- I have access to $500mil in REO properties as well......IT'S CALLED THE MLS!
  10. From the top view it looks like my g/f, I thought she was moonlighting do 40oz pics.
  11. I made up for it with my post in the spammer's thread, go see.
  12. Hmmmm.....found this on that real estate link above.... Here's JasonAL enjoying some hotdogs....
  13. Here's a pic of one of the girls......
  14. I had an owner ask for a sample today. I used the attorney excuse, let's see how that works. They said they wanted to familiarize themselves with it as much as possible before our meeting next week. I explained the major points and the differences between this and a standard lease to give them an idea of what comprises the agreement. No way will I send them a sample.
