puls1234 0 Report post Posted May 17, 2004 Well from my cold calling last Wednesday I just signed up my next Cooperative Assignment. Home appraised for $184,000 and I will put it in the paper for $194,000. I expect to get 4-6k dollars as my money on the down from the tenant buyer and the tenant buyer will have about $7200 dollars in rent credits at the end of 12 months. The owner will net about 181-182k dollars when it closes. With the realtor they were going to net $170k. Cold calling FSBO is definitely worth it! Pete PS- By the way the home is 5br, 2 ba with a detatched 2 car garage all on 1 acre and very private. It should be a piece of cake to find a tenant buyer! We will see!
